Matured in barrels, it provides a 5% acidity for a sweet and tart flavour. The light hue won't alter the colour of fish dishes or summer salads. No additives or sugar have been added, and it is crafted by a 4th-generation Italian family in Modena. Enhance the flavour of salads, marinades, pickles and seafood with this Sweet and Sour treat. It is especially delicious with oysters.
